Plesk Control Panel

Our new server uses the Plesk Control Panel (more about Plesk) to help you manage your Hosting Plan.

We hope you find this brief guide helps you get started with using your Hosting Plan Control Panel.

You will also find a useful Help and Support Menu in the left sidebar after logging into the control panel (using the username and password supplied following the creation of your hosting plan).

cPanel Server

If you were a client at the time and we offered you the opportunity to have your website hosted on our UK server but you decided not to take up the offer, then your website is still being hosted on our US server.

The US server uses a different control panel - cPanel.

Please refer to our former cPanel User Guide (click here) if your website is hosted on the US server.
