In the interests of maintaining the integrity of your website we recommend that you:
do not use the same passwords for:
- logging into your Hosting Plan Control Panel,
- accessing the server by FTP,
- reading your Email,
- logging into your Wynchcote Website to add and edit website content;
do not share your username and password for any of these resources with anyone;
do log into your Hosting Plan Control Panel and change your FTP password after opening your hosting account;
do change all your passwords from time to time;
do regularly maintain and backup your website's database and keep copies off-web of any uploaded files (use FTP);
do not save your FTP login credentials in your FTP uploader.

Regularly Backup Your Website
We strongly advise that you regularly perform a routine backup of your website.
"It is the Customer's responsibility to maintain appropriate and up-to-date back-up copies of any data, information or other Material the Customer uploads (or permits to be uploaded) onto the Company's servers as part of the Customer's use of the Company's Web Hosting Services."
