Payment Processing Please note that Starter Kits and Templates are not delivered until payment processing has been completed.
Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our products, there will be no refunds once the Customer has been sent a Starter Kit and Template.
Copyright Wynchcote Templates and Starter Kits are non-exclusive; they are sold repeatedly to different clients. Wynchcote Limited is the sole owner of copyright and all other rights to templates designed and supplied by the company.

Can your Starter Kit be hosted anywhere? Yes, you may download your Starter Kit and its Template following purchase.
What will your download include if your Starter Kit is not hosted by Wynchcote? 1) Starter Kit Template (Zip File). 2) Starter Kit image files. 3) Template Position Map. 4) Starter Kit Database. 5) Installation instructions. What if Wynchcote hosts your Starter Kit? Wynchcote will install your Starter Kit and its Template on your behalf.
Third Party Installation Before purchase please check with your web host that they: 1) can host a Joomla! 1.5 website (requires PHP and MySQL); 2) provide PhpMyAdmin (recommended database interface).
Responsibility for correct Starter Kit installation Client is responsible for correct installation unless the Starter Kit is installed by Wynchcote on a: 2) Third Party Server.
