Log In

Log into your Hosting Plan Control Panel

 

 

To access your Wynchcote Hosting Plan Control Panel:

1. enter the following address in your browser address bar: http://controlpanel.wynchcote.net
2. enter your username and password when the login panel below appears.

 

Security Notice

To avoid compromising your web security you are advised to use a different username and password for:

• logging into your Plesk Hosting Plan Control Panel,
• accessing the server by FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
• and for logging into your Wynchcote Website.

View Webmail

View Webmail

 

You can access your email as webmail in two ways:

1. by entering the following style of address in your browser: http://webmail.your_domain.com,
2. by selecting Open Webmail after logging into your Hosting Plan Control Panel.

Security

Security Settings

 

To manage some important email security settings, first select Mail Settings.

 

 

 

Incoming Mail

You may prefer to forward incorrectly addressed email to another address - but be warned that this could use lots of disk space.

Alternatively, you can reject email - this could inadvertantly help spammers, so ensure Spam Filter is enabled if you select this option.

 

Outgoing Mail

Select: Use DomainKeys

This will reduce the risk of spammers hijacking your email address and using it to send spam as if it were from your account.
