Wynchcote offers a fully maintained web hosting environment, but it is the customer's responsibility to regularly backup their website and to keep their website up to date.
Wynchcote can however offer an affordable once only or regular website backup and update service.

Once Only Joomla! Maintenance (for as little as £45.00)
We can also provide a once only Joomla! maintenance operation but this service excludes storage and restoration (see items 5 and 7 in the table above).

Periodic Joomla! Maintenance Plan
Wynchcote will agree a Maintenance Schedule with you to reflect your specific needs.
The Joomla! Maintenance Schedule will specify:
- the frequency when maintenance is to be carried out by Wynchcote (Example: Once Monthly, Once Weekly);
- the date and time when maintenance is to be carried out by Wynchcote (Example: 2.00 AM GMT, 1st of month, starting 1st March 2012);
- the length of time for which backups of your Joomla! website's directories files and database are to be stored by Wynchcote (Example: 90 days);
- the domain name of your Joomla! website (Example: mydomain.com);
- the name of your Joomla! website database;
- the details of the Joomla! version used by your website (Example: Joomla! 1.5 or Joomla! 2.5);
- the name and release number of each of a maximum of 5 (five) third party Joomla! extensions used by your website;
- the URL and Customer login details to be used by you when downloading backed up Joomla! website directories files and database for longer term storage.
Limits of Cover
One Joomla! Maintenance Plan (and associated Joomla! Maintenance Schedule) is restricted to one Joomla! website (one database and associated directories and files) hosted by Wynchcote on one Hosting Account.
Joomla! Maintenance Services will be delivered by Wynchcote only once in any given period (Example: Once Monthly, Once Weekly) as specified in the Joomla! Maintenance Schedule.
Wynchcote will store backups of your Joomla! website directories files and database for a period no less and no more than 90 days unless otherwise specified in the Joomla! Maintenance Schedule.
Wynchcote's Joomla! Maintenance Services exclude migration of Joomla! websites from one Joomla! version to another (Example: website migration from Joomla! 1.0 to Joomla! 1.5 or from Joomla! 1.5 to Joomla! 2.5). See Joomla! Upgrade Solutions.
Extension of Cover
You may change your portfolio of 5 Joomla! extensions covered by the plan at any time by notifying Wynchcote by email of your change of requirements.
You may increase your portfolio of Joomla! extensions for an additional annual premium.
You may increase the period of time for which backups are stored and/or the frequency of maintenance of your Joomla! website for an additional premium.

Only Customers of the Company who purchase a Hosting Account from the Company are eligible to use the Company's Joomla! Maintenance Services.
