What does Wynchcote undertake to provide?
Wynchcote undertakes to provide:
- periodic updates (example: weekly, fortnightly or monthly) of website content;
- proof-reading of text-based content - followed by correction of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes;
- formatting of multimedia content to optimise use of web resources (bandwidth + web space);
- uploading of content to the server;
- organisation of content within existing website structure;
- linking of new content to menus;
- presentation of amended website content in unpublished format for client approval;
- publication of approved content.
What does the Customer undertake to provide?
The customer undertakes to provide:
- finalised text content ready for proof-reading and correction of spelling, punctuation and grammar;
- finalised multimedia content ready for formatting to optimise use of web resources;
- clear concise instructions (by email or document upload) with all content;
- word-based content in .txt format;
- image-based content in .png, .jpg or .gif format;
- video content in.mpeg or .flv format;
- audio content in .mp3 or .flv format;
- a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month contract with payment of service charge at the start of the contract period.
Service Charges
Service Charges are to be agreed at the outset and will reflect the time estimated to be required by Wynchcote to meet the service needs of the customer.
Service Agreement
A service agreement will be drawn up at the outset and reviewed by borth parties no later than six months after commencement.
