Media Manager

Media is the term we use to refer to any kind of content that is added separately to your Joomla! Installation and then linked to from an Article.

Media includes:

- Image files
- Audio files
- Video files

Media Manager will help you upload and store any kind of file, or if you prefer you can upload using File Transfer (or FTP).

JCE Content Editor

JCE Content Editor can also be used to conveniently upload and insert image files into an Article or Category introduction.

This content editor will also enable you to upload non-image files like PDFs.

You will need to use Media Manager or File Transfer to upload video and audio files.
