Please note that templates are not despatched until payment processing has been completed.

What is our Refund Policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, there will be no refunds once the Customer has been sent a Template.

Who owns copyright?

Wynchcote vRange Templates are non-exclusive; they are sold repeatedly to different clients.

Wynchcote Limited is the sole owner of copyright and all other rights to templates designed and supplied by the company.

Can you have a Customised vRange Template?

The style of backgrounds, text and hyperlinks in all vRange templates is pre-set by our designers.

We can however customise any element of our vRange Templates for you.

How do you install your template?

We provide full instructions with your purchase.

We will install your template for you if you are using a Wynchcote Hosting Plan.
