Hosting Plan User Guide: Introduction

ALL Wynchote client websites are hosted in the UK on servers where clients can easily manage their websites using one of our easy to use Hosting Plan Control Panels.

Our Control Panels comes with an integral Help & Support Guide, offering a comprehensive overview of most tasks you may wish to undertake when managing your Wynchcote Hosting Plan.

Examples of tasks you can undertake via your Hosting Plan Control Panel:

1. create and manage email accounts,
2. view website statistics,
3. backup your website database,
4. periodically change your FTP settings.

We offer two alternative types of Control Panel: 

• Plesk
• Wynchcote.

The Welcome screens illustrated below will enable you to identify which Control Panel has been allocated to your Hosting Plan.
