Backup Your Database
Follow the steps below and make sure you keep your backed-up database in a safe place. If you regularly add content to your site then you are advised to back up on a weekly basis - otherwise monthly should be enough.
First log into your Wynchcote Control Panel.
Then look for the image in Step 1 below to commence backing up your Joomla! database.
