In the case of a refund request for an Annual Hosting Plan account which includes a free domain registration by the Company then the Company will deduct the value of the domain registration fee otherwise due in connection with the Hosting Plan from the amount of any refund made.

In the case of a refund request for an Annual Hosting Plan account which includes a free Dynamic Website Kit then the Company will deduct the value of the Dynamic Website Kit from the amount of any refund made (value of website kit will be calculated at half the retail price quoted at the time payment of the refund is made).
