Perform a Database Backup
This procedure will enable you to back up either all or part of your website's database using PhpMyAdmin.
It will not back up your website directories and files.
FULL or Partial Database Backup
The steps below show how to perform a FULL backup using PhpMyAdmin.
To perform a partial backup, in Step 5 select only those database tables you wish to back up.
