Terms and Conditions

90 Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to:

charged for Web Hosting Services;
first-time Web Hosting Services accounts;
Web Hosting Services provided on annual payment terms, except when Web Hosting Services include provision by the Company of a free Starter Website, half price GoPro Website or Cash Back special offer.

90 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply in any of the following circumstances:

when hosting is provided on annual payment terms and the request for cancellation is made more than 90 days after commencement of the Web Hosting Services account;
when Web Hosting Services are not provided on annual payment terms;
when Web Hosting Services include provision by the Company of a free Starter Website, half price GoPro Website or Cash Back special offer.

Domain Registration Fees

In the case of a refund request for a Web Hosting Services account which includes a free domain registration by the Company then the Company will deduct the value of the domain registration fee otherwise due in connection with the Web Hosting Services account when calculating the amount of any refund (value of domain deducted will be the normal retail price as quoted in the Company's Online Store at the Web Hosting Services account commencement date).
